1 HOW DO I MAKE MY PURCHASE

Select your desired product from the collection pages. Each product page will assist you through our online shop.  You can review your selected items by clicking on the shopping bag icon at the top right corner of the page.  Once you have decided what you would like to purchase, click on the ‘CHECKOUT’ icon to review your shopping list, then ‘PLACE ORDER’ to complete your order.

2 DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You do not need to create an account in order to purchase an item, you can simply check out as a guest. Our account registration process is quick and easy, and forms part of the checkout process the first time you order. It will also enable you to save your billing and delivery addresses for future visits, making checkout quicker next time.

3 IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?

Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential and at no point will we will share this information with any third parties.
When you register at medleycreations.co.uk we will need to know your name, mailing address and email address. When processing your order online we require your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and card expiration date. If necessary, these details may be shared with a credit reference agency to verify your order.

We do not store any of your financial information.

4 WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?

This isn’t a problem. Simply click on the ‘FORGOTTEN YOUR PASSWORD’ link in the login. We will request that you enter your email again and will send you a link, which will enable you to enter a new password. If you continue to have difficulty, please contact us at medley@medleycreations.co.uk we will be happy to assist you.

5 WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Your personal online security is of the utmost importance to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. Additionally, for your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address registered with your credit card company.

6 WHICH CURENCY?

Our site operates in UK currency only and all prices are shown in UK GBP and include VAT.

7 CAN I CLAIM VAT BACK ON MY PURCHASE MADE ON LINE?

At the moment we are only delivering to the countries within the EU zone, which means that all purchases are subject to VAT therefore our prices include VAT. If you are outside this zone and would like to order one of our products please send us an email at medley@medleycreations.co.uk we would love to help if we can.

8 WHICH COUNTARIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We are currently shipping to most EU countries. Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, except the Faroe Islands and Greenland, Estonia, Finland, France, including Monaco, Germany, Greece, Hungary, The Republic of Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, including the Azores and Madeira, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, including the Balearic Islands but excluding Ceuta and Melilla, Slovenia, Sweden

10 HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once an order is placed, it is packed and shipped out of our office within 1-3 business days. If there are any delays about your shipment, you will be informed via e-mail immediately. 11 DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY DELIVERY?

Yes, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This is to ensure the safe arrival of your purchase. We will not authorise a parcel be delivered without a signature.

12 CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS ON MY ORDER ONCE I HAVE PLACED IT?

Once the order is confirmed, we regret that you cannot change the delivery address, please cancel the order and re-order using the correct address.

13 HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please send an email to medley@medleycreations.co.uk , stating your wish to cancel the order; or call us on +44 (0)20 7243 2487. We are unable to cancel orders that have already been dispatched, however once received you can return your item and request a refund. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund when we credit your account.

14 DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOX ADDRESS?

No we do not ship to PO Box Address.

16 DO I NEED A RECEIPT FROM MY PURCHASE?

Your order number located on our confirmation email helps us locate your purchase the fastest. If you don’t have an order number we should be able to find the purchase in other ways, but we may ask you for more information so we can better assist you with your request.

17 DO YOU TAKE EVERYTHING BACK?

To be eligible for a return the products your item must be undamaged unused/unworn and is in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept returns for Sale Items. You can find out more by clicking Shipping and Returns Policy

18 DO YOU PROVIDE GIFT-WRAPPING?

We certainly do. Please e-mail us at medley@medleycreations.co.uk to inform us that you would like your purchase to be gift-wrapped.

19 HOW DO I CARE FOR MY SCARF/SARONG?

Care instructions are attached to the labels on each product. Generally it is recommended that you dry-clean only. Our Silk, Cotton/Silk and Modal/Cashmere blend sarongs and scarves can also be gently hand-washed with cold water only. They can be steamed or lightly ironed. To avoid creasing your scarves and sarongs, fold them carefully when storing.
